The Unforced Rhythms of Grace

Learn the Unforced Rhythms of Grace.

What are the Unforced Rhythms of Grace that Jesus is talking about in Matthew 11:28-30? Christ is simply wanting us to spend time with Him. Christ wants us to not be burdened with man-made religion that is more about rules than relationship. Christ is saying He’s wanting relationship, not religion.

When we can get past religion, and all it’s rules, we get to experience relationship with Christ. Christ’s grace flows freely and we experience peace. When this happens, we understand that unforced means not worked for and not earned. Rhythms is defined as a natural order or sequence. So then, Christ is giving us grace that is not earned and has a natural flow.

The Unforced Rhythms of Grace seem very simple. However, for many of us, we prefer to put Christ in a box in order to make sense of the incomprehensible. Christ’s love for us is beyond our comprehension. Christ’s desire is for us is to be in relationship with Him. Spend time with Christ and you will recover your life.

Written by James Miller

Jesus, I invite you into my heart to take up residence. Help me to clear our the junk from my past. Make this heart new. Be with me as I go through the process of recovery to make even more room for you in my heart. Amen.
